Returns & Exchanges

You can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise by mail. Returns made within 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded to the original form of payment. Returns made after 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded via an emailed e-merchandise credit.

Contact us on sales@rolareefa.com adding your order reference to the title (e.g Return:18456). Please give details on the products you wish to return. Our team will then respond with an address to send the items based on your location.

We will email you once your return or exchange is processed. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange for it to be processed. If you’ve requested an exchange, we will waive the standard shipping fee.

We’re happy to issue a one-time price adjustment for an item from our catalog or website if it goes on sale within 14 days of your order’s shipment date. A refund for the price difference will be issued back to the original form of payment. If you used a Gift Card to make your purchase, a new Gift Card will be issued reflecting the difference.
